  1. Super padlet - they are great tools, too, for online conversations! You could have students brainstorm for a project or set up a Padlet for their resources in a research project. They are quick and easy and allow for photo and video links, as I see you discovered (though be careful to only capture public domain or Creative Commons licensed photos - the Venn diagram linked back to a copyrighted image).

    There is often confusion among the three popular website creations: blogs, websites, wikis. They each do have many similarities, but you also pointed out some of the differences. The idea of the potential for authentic audiences is vital in all of them though - and that is something we need to better capitalize on to demonstrate the value of what students are asked to do in school. Making that bridge between the classroom and the 'real world' is always more meaningful for learning purposes.
